Our Mission

George’s Gym is focused on enriching the lives of families and communities spanning all demographics. We pride ourselves on always putting children first and providing equitable, accessible programs that foster the imagination, while also promoting physical, mental, and social growth.

Our Community

George's Gym is a completely mobile, all inclusive company. Meaning, we bring everything needed to execute our programs to wherever our clients are located and we work with people of all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and in every neighborhood. If you are a human child under the age of 12, we will work with you! The locations that we work are at Schools, Daycares, Camps and all other types of organizations that provide programming for children. Our Territory stretches from Evanston to Calumet Park/Blue Island and everywhere in between! We are also willing to provide one-time classes outside of our territory for a fee. Please see our Class Policies or Contact Us for details.

Please keep in mind that all photo's were taken pre-pandemic and we now have very strict masking protocols in place.
EVERY SINGLE CLASS that is booked with our regular pricing, gives us the ability to provide THE EXACT SAME CLASS through our discounted pricing, to children from an underserved community!

To learn more about our mission to increase access to quality programming in under-resourced areas, please read our Reopening Announcement or

Through That Group We Created The Hope Space Giving Project...

As COVID-19 took it's toll, where it hit the hardest helped shine a light on the huge disparities between neighborhoods here in Chicago. All of which existed long before this horrible virus came about and were simply exacerbated by it's effects.

We very much wanted to find ways to do more to help with this group that had grown so much in just a few months. So late last summer we decided to organize our facebook community to tackle specific issues through fundraising.

In partnership with Dawn-Marie Rocks, we created 2 different fundraisers, both focusing on helping Black and Brown communities on the South, West and far North sides of Chicago. The first was for cleaning supplies, PPE and other much needed items for Daycare's located between the South Shore, Calumet Park and Blue Island. The second was to tackle the growing food insecurity all over the city by gather funds for The Love Fridge and Peace Center of Rogers Park.

And A George's Gym Youtube Channel To Help Us All Stay Healthy!

During the shutdown like so many other businesses for children, George's Gym was temporarily closed. During that time we were asked by one of our Schools to create a few videos of some of our fun exercises to share with their students during the closure. However, after making the videos, we decided that the best way for us to use our talents and do our part was to share them with EVERYONE.

So we created the George's Gym YouTube Channel!!!!

Our videos feature familiar warm-ups, exercises, and stretches from our classes, but it is all presented and explained in a way that children who have never done our program, should also be able to follow along. Everything is done without our mats and usual equipment, so as to show easy ways to recreate the activities and exercises at home!

We encourage you to use these videos as a tool to get those bodies moving whenever you/they feel like it! Our goal in creating this is, of course, to help keep those kiddos healthy, but also bring some smiles and a little fun during these uncertain times.

Lastly...Please be kind....we are NOT professional "YouTubers" by any stretch of the imagination.

Be Safe, Be Well & Have FUN!
