Outdoor Party Policy:
If you would like your party to be outdoors, we do require an indoor back-up plan. We, of course, cannot work outside if it's raining, but also if the ground is still wet from rain earlier in the day. Further, if the temperature is above 75 degrees and there is no shade, we'll need to be indoors.
Rescheduling Fee
You will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee if you change the date or time of your party after it is added to our schedule. The fee will be added to the total cost of your party and will be due on the day of your scheduled party.
Birthday Party Cancellation Fee
You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your party within 2 weeks of your scheduled party date.
Travel Fee
A $50 travel fee will be applied to all events outside our territory. Our party territory stretches from Matteson to Lake Forest and everywhere in between. Far western suburbs not included.
Rush Order Fee
$50.00 for a Rush Order Party. This fee will be applied to the cost of your party if scheduling less than 4 weeks prior to your party date.
Tumbling/Gymnastics Theme Fee
A $50 fee will be applied for all Tumbling/Gymnastics Themed Parties
