Class Policies
1. All Schools, Daycares, Camps and other organizations must pay for their classes in advance on or before the first scheduled class.
2. All repeat weekly classes must pay by term, semester, season or month. An alternate payment schedule is permissible only if it's first agreed upon by George's Gym.
3. Payments are accepted in cash, check or credit cards through Venmo or Zelle/Chase QuickPay. If using Venmo a $3 fee will be added to your payment. If your school or organization uses their own electronic payment system or E-checks, these are also accepted. All checks and payments must be made payable to George's Gym.
4. Late Payment Fee: A 5% late fee of up to $200 will be applied for the first overdue payment. Meaning, 5% of your total cost not exceeding $200, will be added to your payment if it is received after the day of your scheduled first class. If there is a second and/or third late payment, the fee will be increased to 10% up to $250. If you are paying month by month and you incur 3 late fees in a row, you will be required to instead pay by term, semester or season for the rest of your scheduled classes.
5. If the majority of the participants in your class are under 3 years of age, they must be accompanied by 1 adult (Teacher/Instructor/Counselor/Aid etc.) for every 10 children.
6. Extra Time Fee: A $15 fee will will be added to the cost of every class that requires us to perform duties outside of the regular class requirements (pre-cleaning & set-up, teaching the actual class, post-cleaning and tearing down). These duties include but are not limited to, taking attendance for the client, collecting children from other locations in the building to bring them to our class, any kind of pick up/sign out process that requires the children to stay within our care after our class has finished or anything else that requires more than our regular scheduled class time. This fee will also apply if multiple classes are scheduled at any given location, with more than 5 minutes between each one.
7. Cancellation Policy: In the event of an unscheduled cancellation -classes that are canceled within 7 days or less from when they are scheduled to occur- 50% of the cost of your class/classes will still be owed to George's Gym.
8. Weather Cancellation Policy: If your class is planned to be outdoors without an indoor backup, we will need to cancel or reschedule if it's raining and/or if there's the presence of lightning, but also if the ground is extremely wet from rain earlier in the day. Additionally, if the temperature is below 50 degrees, above 90 degrees or if it's sunny with no shade, again, we'll need to cancel, reschedule or be indoors. There is no fee for a weather cancellation so long as the class or classes are rescheduled within a month of the original date.
9. One Time Class Fee: A one time class is any class or group of classes that are added to our schedule only once or for a period of less than 4 weeks during a season. A $20 fee will be applied for any classes that fall under this category. Additionally, if we have to cancel any of our weekly classes to hold your one time class or event, we will need to include a $40 charge, bringing the total fee to $60.
10. Outside Territory Travel Fee: A $40 fee will be added to all classes outside our territory. Weekly classes are unavailable for locations outside of our territory but one time classes are allowed. Additionally, the 'One Time Class Fee' will be waived in lieu of the Travel Fee.
11. George's Gym reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not meet the standards of our company. Meaning, if we see that the conditions at your facility will not allow us to provide the level of safety and service we pride ourselves on, we will cancel your booking and any future bookings until the appropriate standards are met. In the event of this unfortunate situation, refunds will only be available in full if we are able to identify the issue and cancel your booking before we arrive on the premises. If it is anytime after we have arrived, you will still owe 100% of the cost for your scheduled class/classes that day.

George's Gym COVID-19 Safety Protocols
1. George's Gym Staff is all fully vaccinated and boosted.
2. Masks will be worn by all George's Gym staff whenever we are teaching multiple classes in indoor settings. During our classes masks are, of course, optional for your staff and all participants over the age of 2.5.
3. All George's Gym equipment will be disinfected before the first class, whenever we enter any location.
4. All staff that tests positive will follow the recommended quarantine procedure and must show a negative test result before returning to work.
5. If we find out we have exposed any clients to the COVID-19 virus we will immediately notify them and ask that they in turn do the same for us.
